Quick service and friendly employees. Most importantly, my tall flat white vanilla tasted like it should have. I always appreciate a Starbucks the makes a consistent cup of coffee every time.
The manager is a jerk. And doesn't know how to take direction. And doesn't know how to make drinks either. They need new training and new management. Since they couldn't get my drink right I gave it back and asked for a refund. I go to Starbucks daily and get the same drink, this guy couldn't make. What a joke.
Lattes were wonderful but line was long, cashier was slow. Not sure what the delay was all about. Either they were short staffed or employees were not doing their correct assignment.
Slowest Starbucks in all the world. Not even kidding. Waited 30 minutes for a damn cold brew. That should take 30 seconds. Good lord.
Worst example of a Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Corporate should go by for an unexpected look. Totally out of napkins (they didn’t even know). Bathroom was disaster. Bags of new chips were spilled on floor. Too much to mention. Employees looked disheveled and starry eyed with very few customers there. Hopefully they get some new management and get it cleaned up.
