My daughter bought a car from budget in tifton a couple of months ago,she is in the process now of talking with a lawyer about the lemon law,this car never pass inspection, she never was able to get a tag,please don't go to the one in tifton,very nasty manager
Signed a contract for a certain price and interest rate, shook hands took a picture and took the car home. Monday they were calling saying they needed us to come back up there they could make us a better deal. They were really trying to raise payments and interest rate because they made an error. Had a very hard time getting any information out of the salesperson, not to mention we told him we had a solid budget to work with he automatically tried to put us about 5000 over that. We ended up getting the one we originally asked about that he told us would be way more expensive, which it wasn't, it was exactly our price range. Very unprofessional business from my experience.
Sales people do not even wait for you to park and get out the car. As soon as you try to step out of your vehicle they're in your face. Also, this used to be the best used car dealership to get a newish car to help build credit with in house financing. NOT ANYMORE, THEY NOW GO THROUGH SOME SHADY FINANCIAL COMPANY that want super high credit scores. STAY AWAY FROM THESE VULTURES
They are very nice and helpful until you get the car. The representative Mario told us that the first month was free and when we went to make the payment we found out that we were behind a month. Then Mario tries to act like he doesn't what's going on. If you choose to use this car lot please don't choose Mario as your salesman
This is the absolute worst place to buy a vehicle. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase from here! I called to complain about the lies the salesman Daryl told me and he answered the phone saying no managers were available until Monday. I was told my credit would be checked by Budget Auto Sales, only to have 4 credit inquiries from different companies the very next month. They're very unprofessional and unethical and I will report these people to the Better Business Bureau on Monday and not waste my time or energy talking to their ignorant managers. If they weren't ignorant they sure wouldn't have hired his ignorant a..!
