easy in and easy out. nothing hidden. great customer service. will use again. Manager and staff made me feel very welcomed. Great car with no problems. needed to get to a wedding in a hurry. no delays at all. Will use again.

Good service, I rent there often. I think that the policy for credit card holders should be different and they should not have to pay a deposit. And i think that if l always bring a car back cleaner than it was when I leave then I should get an incentive the next time I rent. I am an elite renter. And get no extra consideration.
The car was a bit of a disappointment. The carpet was torn and the seats were stained. The windows were not clean either.

We wanted to rent a new Suburban for not only our own comfort but to use the opportunity to treat it as an “extended test” drive. When we reserved the vehicle we were told that they would try but we were the fourth couple to reserve a Suburban for the following week. I should mention we live in a small town. Therefore I halfway expected a comparable vehicle but not necessarily a Suburban. To our delight our local Enterprise office beat the bushes and came up with a Suburban for us. I was a bit surprised since I think other nearby offices in cities close to us might have had a heavy demand for the same weekend for tailgating purposes at the biggest college football game of the year as our state University was playing their big rival. We were not going to the game but to an out of state wedding, and as I said we were fourth on the waiting list. We really appreciated the extra effort in getting us the vehicle we requested.
