Very nice facility and a great staff.
Best Dentist I have ever been to. His office is brand new and so nice. His staff is great. You get taken back at your appointment time, no waiting forever like everywhere else. He charges less than half of what other dentists in the area charge for the same things. I have hated Dentists my entire life and was basically petrified of them until I met Dr. McGovern. Seriously I cant say enough good things about him.
I love this dentist and his staff. We've been using them for years. I've been to several in the area and this one is the BEST. He does great work and is kind, professional, and understanding. The building is a little older (although I've been told by his staff that they have something newer being built) and there aren't any TV's on the ceiling, but you don't have to pay for those TV's either. His office is not CRAMMED full of people like most offices. There are usually 1 or 2 other people waiting. His prices are really fair and the office staff is very knowledgeable and help with making sure you know what you are going to pay BEFORE you start and if your insurance will pay for certain things (like antibiotics in the tooth being filled). He doesn't do unnecessary fills or caps on baby teeth. The only negative is they don't take medicaid of any form. I think that has more to do with how difficult it is to get reimbursed by medicaid, but if you have it, you'll pay out of pocket here.
I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I also feel confident that I will receive the best treatment.
