I just purchased a bedroom suite for my son, sofa and recliner, and a very pretty sofa table Gregg Horne helped us with everything and was absolutely awesome!!!! I had a million questions and even called him back to add something to my order. He took as much time with us and was very patient. I will definitely be purchasing from him again. The furniture was delivered by Steve and Mike and They were fast, thorough, and even wiped down the furniture before leaving!!! It was showroom ready!!! They took time to inform of the best things to use and how to clean our couch and recliner if we should spill anything on it. Very very polite. They shook our hands and introduced themselves upon arrival, and as they were leaving, shook our hands again and said they were very happy to meet us!!! Perfect gentlemen!!! If I could rate 100 stars, I would!!!
The furniture selections at Turner’s Budget were more than adequate to meet our needs, and the quality seemed better than average.
Greg, our salesman, was outstanding. He was attentive and able to answer our questions right away. He was professional and warm, funny, and so likable! He was able to work with more than one customer at a time without appearing stressed. He really has been wonderful to work with!
Greg gave us 1st class service, evening escorting us to the other Turner' s store to help us find JUST the right furniture! Excellent, no pressure sales! Great experience!

Couldn't have asked for better service. Greg was very helpful and patient during my trip with me being in a electric wheelchair. You have a very polite and professional employee. Should be very thankful to have such a good employee. Think all employees should wear the bright color pants like him.
I would recommend putting some hand rails at the front door for elders to hold and help get into the store.
Greg gets 5 stars, furniture selection and other employees get 4 stars! However, delivery of the furniture was poor I felt. The young men who delivered the furniture were polite and friendly, but it took too long to get the delivery scheduled and all of the items even ordered and received by the warehouse. Additionally, during the first delivery as the mattress was being taken down the hallway, two pictures were knocked off the wall and the frames damaged. I would like to think these frames will be replaced, but have not heard as of yet. I still have an ottoman coming, but I understand it is a special order item.
Gregg Horne greeted us at the door with such a wonderful attitude. We felt at ease and he didn't come off like a pushy sales man. After just a few minutes he understood what we wanted, needed and our budget point. He was very knowledgeable of the products and could tell when I was lost, in which case he walked me through the store to show me. We also appreciated that if he wasn't sure of a answer he didn't"blow smoke" he excused himself and found the answer. I could go on and on. The whole store seemed very nice and I will be back for future needs.
