If you're like waiting all day on the answer to a simple question, this office will exceed your needs. On the other hand, if you want great customer service, I would not recomment this office. They treat you like you don't matter. I was told that my card didn't process the payment, a few months went by without knowing that I was uninsured, travelling from Georgia to Michigan with no coverage. A simple letter or phone call could have avoided this, but I guess these ladies are just too busy to do their jobs.
