I just had one of the worst experiences of my life with Sherry at Herf Jones. I know we were paying for my son's class ring before his ceremony. This lady talked to us so rudely and began to say I am trying to help you all. The first time when I went into that office in Tifton, GA she was so very nice. I mean like literally screaming over the phone and I put her on speaker for others at the school to hear her. I said excuse me but you don't have to talk us that way, I even said I am a nurse and if I spoke to people like that I would get fired. Sherry quickly said,"I am the owner so you can tell whoever you want about me". In God's eyes it don't matter if you are the owner you should treat or talk to people the way you want to be treated or talked to. Sherry then gave an explanation of her severe rudness by saying she had a death, I am sorry about the death of her loved one but we as customers should not be talked to like this. I guess my next child's class ring will be coming from else where.... Before this time they were ok but I have a problem with people of business not acting right with customers even if it wasn't me.
