Do not waste your time driving here if you are a little ways from it! The hours listed say close at 10pm but he closes whenever he feels Like it whether it's 6pm he doesn't care!
This place looks to be an old head shop. All of the liquor is either under the glass in the counter or on the shelves on the wall behind the counter. The moment I walked up, the lady behind the counter mumbled something towards me. When I asked, she abruptly asked, "Do you know what you want?"
Great deal.
From now on, I will burn the extra gallon of gas and head out a little farther to a liquor store that doesn't require you to practically finance a loan to pick up some booze.
Great place to relax and play pool or visit.
When I looked for another vodka, I tried to pick out something cheap, because everything was extremely overpriced. $42 for a handle of Tito's. $70 something for a handle of Grey Goose. So, since this vodka was for bloody Mary's, anyways, I picked out a cheap bottle of Stolichnaya. Turns out it wasn't on the correct shelf, as was rudely pointed out to me through a thick, Indian accent. As a matter of fact, they wanted $41 for a handle of Stolichnaya.
They get one star for actually having liquor. They get a second star for being close to town.
Actually, I didn't, because they didn't have a wide variety of anything, really, including what I was looking for (Russian Standard). Or, at least, I couldn't find it in the random array in which they stack their liquor.
Typical county backwoods liquor store. Staff is friendly. Pool hall and bar inside.
