I had not been to Pizza Hut in a few years and glad I stopped by today. I enjoyed my buffet and the friendly profession service.
I'm sure the place is usually good about getting customers their food but for some reason they couldn't do it for me. I ended up waiting 50 minutes for a pickup order which makes this sad. I should've ordered delivery from a far better quality place then be forced to wait an extra half hour for a conveyer belt product. Could say I'm never going here again.
We got our delivery at hotel in just 15 min. Wow.
Just left there. Walked In and there were 2 tables not busy at all. Floor was absolutely filthy!!!! Its 2:00 so no reason it was because of a lunch rush. Sat down for 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged I was there. I work in customer service and have for years and an acknowledgement means more than anything. Was not very pleased at all.
