Excellent customer service. Employees were very nice and worked as a team. The facility was clean and a friendly environment. The manager was on point. If i was a recruiter, I would have definitely recruited her. AWESOME!!!!
However the staff was very friendly and apologetic and didn't hesitate to recook the bacon. The food was excellent and I had absolutely no regrets in my decision to go to the best late night restaurant ever.... First time I visited this waffle house and looks like it might not be the last being I will be staying in Tift regional with the sis-in-law a few days as she recovers from emergency.
Evverything was excellent except the bacon was burnt which the remade and I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single instead. I was charged for the double. I ordered to go so I didn't know I only got a single but charged for a double.
One of the cleanest I've been to. Food was good and service was quick. Kinda small though. Located off interstate I guess it was built more for travelers than local.
I picked up some late-evening food here for my family while we were at the local hospital. I had to get my order to go, and considering the travel time to the hospital, the food was still pretty decent when we were able to eat it. The staff were very welcoming and courteous despite the lateness of my arrival, and my order was prepared correctly and in a timely manner. The restaurant itself appeared clean, though I did not stay to eat there.
