Their sales manager, Jerry, has explicitly stated on social media that they refuse to hire liberals, and also refuse to provide their technicians with access to cold bottled water.
Jerry really went out his way to make sure my visit and purchase was easy comfortable and he helped me get exactly what i wanted with a great purchase price and no hidden costs this is by far the best place to get quality used vehicles from. He is very meticulous on the types of vehicles he will bring in he searches car fax and vin viper looks at the condition reports and does his homework to make sure the client is getting a truly special experience.
Drove 2 hours to see vehicle and it was everything and more than me and my son expected. Professional and courteous is what Jerry and his business represents. Very happy and very pleased with our new addition to the family!
Zero stars. Jerry was extremely unprofessional and down right rude! My husband and I went in to look at a particular vehicle. When we first met Jerry he told us they had an accident in the vehicle and had to replace cosmetic parts totaling roughly $2,000.00 so he would not be willing to work with us on the price despite being about $1,500.00 over priced. Despite still being interested in the vehicle he did not offer a test drive, but I had done quite a bit of research and I knew that was the kind if vehicle I wanted. In the short period of time we were in the office, applying for financing, Jerry took 8 phone calls without even excusing him self (there was another employee who was not on the phone and could have easily answered the phone instead) including one from his wife to talk about his cat. I was only trying to get financing to improve my credit and we were supposed to receive a phone call about if it went through or not. I had the cash to pay the vehicle out right at the time and I had told them if the financing went through I would put a deposite of roughly half the asking price. Despite calling 4 different times and driving past to see if the vehicle was still there (which is was long after we had given up) but I could never get anyone to call me back. I will never go back and I suggest you don't waste your time either.
