Cottongim did a service call on Saturday and charge an after hours fee. Then the technician cleaned the coils and said all was good. But 30 minutes later the system started acting up, we called again. The technician came out and replaced the thermostat for another 187 on top of the the 310 for the first call(the thermostat cost 57$). We also could not understand the technician

I should also mention you tried to tell Angie lists that this service was not done in order to get rid of my review there. Then also the reply on my Facebook review made you sound like a little kid defending his power ranger.
I don't understand why you keep bringing the renters in the house up, like you are trying to discredit my review. We gladly paid for the service for cleaning the coils and had no complaint regarding that. The complaint was in regards to the 187 for a thermostat install, when the Tech came back out said there would not be any more charges and did not let us know of any additional charges like the $187 before installing the thermostat.
Called them to come out and look at our unit. Two servicemen did show up that day around 5:30 pm and said they were told it was am emergency. They did not look at the unit at all and made some remarks about how when they come to fix it, payment is due that day (not a problem but they way it was said was implying there might be a problem). So a week goes by with no return or scheduled service to look at the unit. Husband calls, gets someone to come out, he tells my husband what he "thinks" is the problem but that he wants to get a second opinion before telling us we have to spend a bunch of money. That was the last time we heard or saw them and it was a month ago. Today I am calling someone else.
They are over priced in everything they do. We got a quote for a new install and they were 4 time higher than any other quote we got.
Response to the Owner: My wife let you do the install without doing any research first because you all did the original install and we were new to Tifton. If she had done research you would not have done the install. I did exaggerate on the cost a little, but you are considerably higher than others in Tifton including Lowes.
