Buyers be ware! I called them up to repair a roof leak, which took them about 15 minutes and over a $1100. It took forever to get them out there and delays caused damage to the sheet rock and mold that I had to tend with. Less then a year later, it starts leaking at the exact same spot! I had to make several calls to try to get the manager to see if they would honor their repair. I could not get a call back from them. After the third call, the receptionist tells me that the manager told her, they don't warranty repairs! When I came to them originally, they claimed to be a honest and fair christian company that stands by their work. At this moment, I'm out all that money with the same exact leak. Save yourself the heart ache and go elsewhere. If anyone is interested, my text conversations with them and all their original excuses are well documented along with photos of their leaking project. Its just very sad that their Production Manager, Nick, doesn't even have the guts to address my concerns over the phone, but instead, lets the receptionist take the complaints, whom eventually hung up on me right after I told her I felt that she was caught in the middle of it all. My next stop will be the Better Business Bureau.
Campbell's Construction is a very personable company. They are there to help you with you construction problem and also with your insurance needs. They are family oriented and their goal is to please in all aspects. It is comforting to know that there is a company that is honest and their interest is what's best for the customer. I highly recommend this company to anyone that has a problem with their roof and that needs assistance with their insurance company. The company's response time is amazing and has very knowledgeable and friendly employees. I have been very satisfied with all the work from Campbell's Construction and would definitely use them if the opportunity ever occurred again.
I had a lot of damage to my home and roof from the bad storms we just had. Campbell's Construction repaired everything and were so wonderful to work with. They talked directly with my insurance company and completed the job very quickly. They also were great about cleaning up after the job. I would highly recommend them for anything you need done!
