I loved the store until I seen a rat in the furniture department I almost bust my behind trying to get away but on the other hand they had a nice selection!
First time ever shopping at this location I had a problem with my BigLots Credit Card that was out of my control (new way of doing things) while there-cashier was very nice about ringing my items up again & even cracked a few jokes (I'm sure to lighten the mood I was in- a bit embarrassed) & manager was polite, knowledgeable & professional in fixing my problem. I walked out of the store a very happy customer!
