The prices are impossible to beat, but the wait times are sometimes long. The doctors seem to do a great job, but make sure to ask the questions about home care and anything else while you’re there. Sometimes they tend to be too much in a hurry to remember to tell you the small things. However, they have been very sweet to my pets, so that’s really all I can say that’s not positive about them.
Very busy, but recent improvements in office organization has shortened wait times. There's a fairly freqent turnover of staff which has a neg impact on quality of service and pet care.
EXCELLENT Veterinarians!!! I had never been to this clinic, but when a visiting friend's dog was hit by a car on a Sunday, I called Quailwood. I was so grateful to have a doctor call me back within minutes and offer to meet us right away. When we arrived at the clinic, we were met by two veterinarians who were so kind and accommodating! My friend's dog required surgery, but they took care of him and he has almost completely recovered. We were prepared for a huge bill to pay, but were pleasantly surprised to find the cost to be very reasonable. I am adopting 2 cats and plan to make this my clinic! Very popular vet. You may wait for a bit if you want to see a vet and not a vet tech. They seem to be competent and very friendly over all. Receptionists can be rather curt but they are typically busy and no-nonsense. Very accommodating for emergency appointments.
These people deserve more then 5 stars! We live 5 hours away.. My daughters dog broke her leg.. Several different vets and a specialist told her that they probably not be able to save the leg and still charge her in the thousands.. We took the dog to quailwood and they fixed ii in 3 hours.. They are wonderful, amazing, warm hearted people.. Spend the extra time to get to them. You won't regret it!! You're faculty friend (pet) won't either!
