I am so disappointed with this flower shop. I ordered what are called "hot chocolate" calla lilies for my wedding bouquet. I was told there should not have been a problem getting them in. The flower itself is just beautiful, a deep eggplant like purple flower with a fuschia center. I recieved a phone call the DAY BEFORE my wedding from the flower shop stating that my flowers had come in and "they weren't quite the color we had discussed." The understatement of the century! They requested I come in and look at the calla lilies before they proceeded making my bouquet. I immediately canceled my appt to get my nails done and rushed up there to discover yellow and rust colored flowers! All they offered up was " they are a very pretty color but if you don't like it we can spray them with a floral paint." The colors for my wedding were purple and silver, with basic black and white everything else. These stupid flowers ended up looking red in all the photos! This is so disappointing to me. I will never have that day back, I cannot just "re-do" it and did not even get an apology. I will NEVER recommend this florist to anyone who wants a happy, memoriable occasion! You will wind up let down and regretful!
Murray and his staff do an excellent job on arrangements! I have never been disappointed with their service or floral arrangements.
