Our organization wanted to send flowers to the funeral service to let our co-worker know that we were thinking of him and the family. What impressed me was the customer service and the prompt flower delivery to the funeral home. I asked our co-worker if the flowers were attractive and fresh. He said the funeral arrangement was beautiful and his family was touched at the thought of his staff sending flowers to pay their respects over the loss of a loved one.
