AVOID. The room door wouldn't close securely; it could be jostled open unless the deadbolt was engaged. A wide gap between the door and doorframe allowed a great deal of light & noise in from the hallway. The toilet wouldn't flush fully unless the handle was held down for several seconds. The bathroom leaked, swamping the bathroom floor when we showered. The bathmat was worn threadbare. Children were running races in the hallway, repeatedly, at 10-11pm, but the front desk was reluctant to take action. I would NOT stay here again.
We stayed one night due to a family gathering. Very friendly staff and dogs are welcomed. Yet we reserved a Suite but it was not as expected. It was just a larger room. Our room was clean and house personnel very nice and helpful! They offer breakfast at no extra charge. The coffee was fresh & hot.
This hotel deserves the 5 star rating! Great friendly staff. It’s pet friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms. Reasonable priced. Plenty of parking. Delicious breakfast the waffles are amazing :)
Great place to sray. Clean cozy and the beds and pillows were amazing. Breakfast and coffee was wonderful. The staff Muss Jana was absolutely adorable kind and professional.
Door did not seal, children running in the hall and dog barking were reported to the management, but not addressed. Breakfast was meager and low quality. Front desk staff was polite on checkin, but other staff was rude.
