My husband & I stayed overnight here on our way to Pearson. It's in a small town but conveniently located close to restaurants, stores & the interstate. We arrived extremely late, and the front desk clerk made check-in simple & quick. Our king room was very comfortable, clean & quiet, considering they were pretty full. Free breakfast had a lot of variety & was quite tasty. The morning desk clerk allowed us a 2 pm check out since we'd arrived so late, which allowed us time to rest before we started our long day of driving. Even though it was a stop more for necessity than pleasure, this hotel was definitely worth every penny for all that we got. A++
The hotel itself was fine. The breakfast was the most awful I've ever had at a holiday inn. The eggs were over cooked, bread stale, and the selection of tea was abysmal. There was not a water dispenser anywhere in the lobby for guest use.
Great hotel for a good price! Breakfast was good and had a nice variety, and the staff were all very helpful and kind. Rooms were clean and had plenty of space, and the beds were super comfortable. My kids loved the pool area, which was also large and had plenty of sitting room around it which you do not normally see in hotels with an indoor pool. All in all, we would certainly stay here again!!!
Stoped here on my way home to Florida staff was almost nonexistent. Breakfast was suppose to be served at 6 AM we wanted to be back on the rode by 7AM so this sounded perfect to us we got downstairs to eat and the only thing out was cinnamon rolls. Though they looked good not what I want while trying to eat healthy. Again there was no staff in sight . We ended up just leaving. The room was clean and showers worked good. It was also very cogently located with in 30second walk to Applebee’s . All in all not a horrible experience but would not choose to stay there again .
Clean and comfortable. I rate this place 5 because we ran into a problem where I thought I had seen that the place was dog friendly so of course when we took our dog out in the morning we were confronted by management. This situation was handled very well. We were found a room accross the street where dogs were allowed and treated so kindly. This is our thank you to Lynda and appology for the misunderstanding. Thank you for going above and beyond to make this inconvenient situation a happy one that worked out well.
